What types of payment do you accept?

What will show up on my billing statement?
Your billing statement and receipt will read "CW Associates" our parent company.
Why is my reservation prepaid?
When securing advance reservations during major sporting events and
conferences, properties require prepayment. Prepaying on our website is an
extension of this policy.
Why is there a minimum stay required?
Our agreements with hotels listed on this website, stipulate minimum stays
during major events. These dates cannot be changed.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of sold out events. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Can I change my reservation?
Once you have your confirmation numbers, you are free to contact the property
to make changes to your stay. Please note: additional fees may apply and are the
responsibility of the customer.
Can I book more than one room?
Many times we have blocks of rooms reserved for groups. Please contact us if
booking more than three rooms at a time as group rates are available.
Can I book rooms for someone else?
This is dependent on the property and event. Please contact us for more
information.
Will you share my information?
Your information is 100% secure. Payment and personal information including
email addresses and phone numbers are NEVER sold or distributed.
